Heater, fan (in summer), kettle, mugs, cutlery, plates, tea towel, washing up bowl, fridge, microwave, toaster, Smart TV, outdoor table and chairs, barbecue & firepit (starter pack for firepit).  There is a site washing up sink with hot water and washing up liquid.
